Nath was appointed as a JCWI trustee in December 2018. In her “day job”, she works as an immigration solicitor at Wesley Gryk Solicitor, a niche immigration law firm rated Band 1 by Chambers and Partners and Legal500.
Nath also volunteers for Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre and UKLGIG; writes regularly for Free Movement; is a co-convenor of the ILPA Family and Personal Working Group; and teaches courses for ILPA.
Born in Florence, Nath is a dual French and Italian national, with Burundian and Togolese origins. She read Development Studies and Politics at SOAS, before obtaining an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies at the University of Oxford and an LLB at the University of London.
