1. Meet your MP
If you want to talk more in-depth with your MP, this action is for you. As a constituent, you have the right to ask your MP to meet with you and talk about a topic you’re passionate about. These meetings usually last about 40 minutes, and can be a powerful way to show MPs the impact that policies have in their communities.
