The Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants was pleased to take part in the new BBC three-part documentary, ‘Who should get to stay in the UK?’.
Chief Executive Satbir Singh was interviewed for the series, which first aired on Thursday 13 June, to make the case for a fair, humane immigration system which treats everybody with equality and respect.
The series follows the stories of some of those who want to stay in the UK, and the lawyers who support them through the process.
