Unfortunately, due to sustained cuts to Legal Aid, we are unable to provide free advice to everybody who needs it. However, if you are comfortable paying some or all of the cost of your advice, we are able to take on a small number of private clients.
The fee structure below is for guide purposes only, and does not include the cost of application fees, which must be paid to the Home Office directly as part of the application process. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process applications once they are submitted, but you can see a guide to their current processing times here.
Our experienced fee earners will discuss the facts of your particular case, consider the complexity and documentation involved and tailor the price accordingly, in consultation with you.
