JCWI is one of the UK’s leading charitable organisations campaigning for a fairer, more progressive immigration system and providing accessible, high-quality legal services and support to those who need it, when they need it.
We are looking for someone to lead our efforts monitoring the EU settled status scheme set up by the Home Office to allow EEA and Swiss nationals and their family members to apply for immigration status after Brexit. The purpose of this role is to identify problems with the application and registration of people for settled status across the country as they arise, and to attempt to coordinate solutions, whether through information sharing with business and civil society, or advocacy with government.
