In light of continued concerns about the Covid-19 pandemic, and the need to maintain the health and safety of all staff, clients and other visitors, from Monday 16 March, JCWI staff will be working remotely, in most cases.
We are making this decision – which goes beyond current government advice – in order to help practice collective care: we have a responsibility to those we work with and the most vulnerable in society, that is why we are acting fast. The goal is to slow the spread of the virus in order to reduce the load on the country’s healthcare system. Lots of people catching the virus quickly is what overwhelms the system.
Information for current clients
From Monday 16 March, we will be working mostly from home. If you have an appointment scheduled, or if you need to see your caseworker, please do not come into the JCWI offices.
Please call your caseworker direct or call JCWI on 0207 251 8708, or email your caseworker or legal@jcwi.org.uk.
