We are hiring an Immigration and Public Law Solicitor / Trainee Solicitor / IAAS Senior Caseworker, to provide high-quality representation to individuals and families subject to UK immigration law, and help develop JCWI’s understanding of trends and challenges in immigration law and policy.
You will provide cover to a complex caseload of immigration, public law, and civil claims, requiring up-to-date knowledge of human rights, asylum, and trafficking law developments.
Location: London, Hybrid – Head Office and home working / Flexible
Salary: dependent on experience. The range for trainees, caseworkers and solicitors’ starting salaries is £27,344 to £37,039.
