In light of continued concerns about the Covid-19 pandemic, and the need to maintain the health and safety of all staff, clients and other visitors, as of Monday 16 March, JCWI staff are working from home.

If you have an appointment scheduled, or if you need to see your caseworker, please do not come into the JCWI offices.
Please call your caseworker direct or call JCWI on 0207 251 8708, or email your caseworker or legal@jcwi.org.uk. 
Similarly, if you need to show us documents or collect documents from us, please contact us and we will make an arrangement with you.
We want to reassure all our clients that there is no reason to believe that any of your cases will be affected by events connected with Covid-19. All of our caseworkers are still working full time, and proceeding with individual cases as planned. We will contact individual clients to confirm arrangements for appointments.
