We\u2019re seeking a committed immigration lawyer who will fight tirelessly for their clients using all legal avenues available.  JCWI Legal Team: We are an award-winning small team ranked as Excellent by the Legal Aid Agency. Our department has a proud history and in recent years the team has been early identifiers of the Windrush crisis; we\u2019ve exposed the UK\u2019s breaches of human rights law before the European Court of Human Rights; and we\u2019ve used the law to change Home Office and Tribunal policy in immigration and public law proceedings.
