It focuses on financial security, work, housing and access to healthcare, and highlights how in all these areas, the Government\u2019s Hostile Environment policies have exacerbated the effects of the COVID crisis for undocumented people.<\/p>\n<p>Key Findings<br \/>\nFinancial insecurity<br \/>\nLong before the pandemic, the No Recourse to\u00a0Public Funds (NRPF) restriction excluded migrants\u00a0from the public safety net and pushed them into\u00a0poverty, unsustainable debt, homelessness and\u00a0unsafe and overcrowded housing.
