We are inviting you to walk, run, cycle, roll or take on your own \u2018movement\u2019 challenge, between 18 and 26 September 2021, to raise money for our work fighting for migrants\u2019 rights.<br \/>\nYou choose your challenge to suit you, but here are some suggestions:<\/p>\n<p>Walking, running, cycling, rolling or your own choice\u2026<br \/>\n5km, 10km, 20km, 50km or your own choice\u2026<\/p>\n<p>You can choose a challenge that you complete all in one go, or go for one that\u2019s spread across the eight days of the challenge, 18 to 26 September 2021.<br \/>\nOnce you have set your challenge, spread the word with your family, friends, colleagues and networks and ask them to sponsor you! Let them know what you\u2019re doing, why, and how they can support you!<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nOnce I\u2019ve chosen my challenge, can I change my mind?<br \/>\nYes!
