We deal with all areas of asylum and immigration law and we are recognised as experts in this field.<br \/>\nWe employ five solicitors and our legal team represents clients at all stages of the legal process, including:<\/p>\n<p>Applications to the Home Office<br \/>\nEntry Clearance<br \/>\nAppeals<br \/>\nJudicial Review<\/p>\n<p>Since September 2018 we are also able to provide advice to detainees held at Yarls&#8217; Wood IRC.<br \/>\nWe are proud of our high success rate and we have a reputation for dealing with complex issues, and challenging policy where necessary. Our Legal Director, Nicola Burgess, has been recognised as a leading practitioner by Chambers &#038; Partners.\u00a0The quality of our legal work is subject to a periodic peer review carried out on behalf of the Legal Aid Agency.
