These are:<\/p>\n<p>Disability Living Allowance<br \/>\nSevere Disablement Allowance<br \/>\nIndustrial Injury Disablement Benefit<br \/>\nAttendance Allowance<br \/>\nCarer\u2019s Allowance<br \/>\nPersonal Independence Payment<br \/>\nArmed Forces Independence Payment or Guaranteed Income Payment under the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme;<br \/>\nConstant Attendance Allowance, Mobility Supplement or War Disablement Pension under the War Pensions Scheme<\/p>\n<p>Sponsors who get one or more of the benefits listed above don\u2019t have to show they earn \u00a318,600 a year, but they do have to prove that they can maintain their partner. There\u2019s no set level for this, but a judge in 2013 said that a couple should show that their income after accommodation costs is more than what they\u2019d get if they were on income support.
