We\u2019re seeking a committed immigration lawyer who will fight tirelessly for their clients using\u00a0 all legal avenues available. Three year fixed term contract with potential for extension to a permanent position.\u00a0<br \/>\nJCWI Legal Team:<br \/>\nWe are an award winning small team ranked as Excellent. Our department has a proud history and in recent years the team have been early identifiers of the Windrush scandal, we\u2019ve exposed the UK\u2019s breaches of human rights law before the European Court of Human Rights and we\u2019ve used the law to change Home Office and Tribunal policy in immigration and public law proceedings.
